1.1. Seller aims to give courier particular goods ordered by the Buyer within 2 working days after the payment for the goods.
1.2. The courier delivers goods to the address of the Buyer in:
1.2.1. 1-2 working days in Lithuania;
1.2.2. 1-2 days in Estonia, Latvia, Poland;
1.2.3. 3-5 days in countries of group A;
1.2.4. 3-5 days in countries of group B;
1.2.5. 4-7 week in countries of group C.
1.3. DPD services are used for delivery of goods.
1.4. Any order will shipped through the DPD courier. When your order is dispatched you will receive notification of the parcel tracking number so you can track its progress using the online service.
1.5. The buyer can read information regarding DPD working hours (delivery time) and DPD services in DPD webpage available in particular country.
1.6. If you can not find your country, please contact us by e-mail or phone and we will find you the most convenient method of delivery.
1.7. We are not delivering goods to Ukraine

2.1. The buyer is entitled to return or to change the goods according Lithuanian legislation (Order No. 271 of the Minister of Economy dated on 29-06-2001 and Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy dated on 17-08-2001) and during 14 days from the arrival of goods.
2.2. In addition to the standard return policy for internet purchases, EU customers have 7 working days to cancel their order, beginning the day after receipt of the goods, in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations No. 258 approved by the Minister of Economy. Furthermore, you must submit your order cancellations in writing to Customer Services, making direct reference to your specific order.
2.3. The Seller understands that the Buyer might have different picture of the goods compare to the originals due to various characteristics of the computer or monitor and (or) settings. The Seller is not liable for any decisions made by the Buyer based on such situation.
2.4. Replacement and return are possible only if the goods were not used, not dirty, the goods, labels and the package is not damaged.
2.5. Any protective casing that was delivered with your order should be returned as well if you would like an exchange or refund. Always use original packaging whenever possible.
2.6. We can only exchange an item with another of the same, although you may choose to change size or color (if it is a garment). If you wish to exchange it for a different item, then a separate refund and purchase must be processed.
2.7. Buyer's request regarding return or change of the goods should be given in written form and accompanied with the proof of purchase of goods.
2.8. Buyer's refund might be fulfilled in 5 working days after goods were returned to the Seller and the Seller confirmed that the goods are accepted as returned. Delivery fee is non refundable.
2.9. If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, we suggest you do so through a secure and insured delivery service (like UPS, DHL, DPD etc). We do not accept liability for non-received items. Returning fees are payed by Buyer.
2.10. Typically, a return request will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. During busy periods, however, processing may take longer due to postal service delay or closure. This includes seasonal or promotional sales during very specific times like Christmas and New Year's.
2.11. In reference to Christmas, all purchases made after November 1, can be exchanged until January 8 next year.
