“And Only Sparks Will Fly”

On a stuffy summer night, thousands of insects swirl around a street lamp. They are attracted to the light, they believe in it, they long for it, they fly towards it, they bump into it, and then they fly again, spinning their wheels, repeating the path towards the light. In their dance of longing for the light, they create a wonderful field of shining, chaotic but purposeful lights. The enchanting movement of the fireflies is the eternal dance of our thoughts, the rush towards the light, towards a better imagined state.
