“Living Water”

In the summer of 2020, the Fluxus Bridge in Vilnius, adjacent to the Bernardinai Gardens, was splashed with two 12-metre waterfalls by the artist Oskaras Gudas. The artistic installation is called Prakriti, which refers to nature, the source and the primordial, tangible, material state underneath which lies liberation. The image of a river through falling water, created by the installation, became the inspiration for my painting.
