Our video blog session "Fashion & Food", when food is inspired by fashion. Today Julia Janus chose to prepare a simply made baked turnip mash with mushrooms and onions. Turnip has very little calories and a lot of vitamin B, C as well as other micro elements. When it's so cold outside all you need is huge vitamin dose from meal to be healthy. Pleasure to taste delicious food. To look tasteful and to feel good taste!

Ingredients:

Turnip - 4-5

Butter

Onion

Mushroom according to the season

-0,5 Teaspoon dried thyme 

Hard cheese

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste
